PRESS RELEASE

For Release March 18, 2009 - InfoGlobe System LLC has been licensed to sell and service the InfoGlobe Kiosks franchises in the United States and all its US Territories.

The InfoGlobe Kiosks franchised businesses to soon start appearing in high foot-traffic locations, like malls, convention centers, and airports in the US, and will be locally owned and operated by franchisees who will be offering some of the lowest cost advertising opportunities in their market to local businesses, hospitals, non-profits, etc.

Randy Rouse, the Chief Executive Officer of InfoGlobe System LLC, said that he already has quite a few people interested in acquiring franchises for multiple locations just from mentioning to friends and family what his new company is going to be doing.  He indicated the necessary legal, financial and other work to become a franchisor is nearly done, so he and his team will be able to start talking to those and other people interested in the new opportunity very soon.

Rouse is the Founder of the InfoGlobe concept, and owns and operates the first InfoGlobe Kiosk located in the Town Square Mall in Boise, Idaho.  Rouse said, "The first week I had contracts totaling $72,000 and I didn't even have a unit built!  It was then that I realized I had created something that could be of benefit to advertisers everywhere."

Donn Wilson joined Rouse after Rouse had licensed a second InfoGlobe Kiosk in the Grand Teton Mall in Idaho Falls, Idaho.  Wilson, a veteran of over 50 years of franchising, recognized the potential to franchise the concept, and the two decided to go forward together on that.  They started in January, 2009 to do the many things to become the franchisors of InfoGlobe Kiosks.

Wilson says the concept that Rouse created allows a franchisee to "make a very reasonable investment and with relatively little time and effort, generate significant recurring revenue and income."  Both Rouse and Wilson plan to bring some of their friends and family into the business as franchisees, and to help them operate the business.

Franchisees will sell the advertising on the InfoGlobe Kiosks to local business by offering them among the lowest rates in their markets.  The InfoGlobe kiosks have TVs, internet connected computers, back-lighted mini-billboard like signage, and racks for brochures, flyers, cards, coupons, etc.  The franchisees will stock the InfoGlobe Kiosks with the signs and printed materials, and maintain them in a clean and neat condition.  The franchisor will download the digital advertising onto the TVs and computers from their headquarters in Boise.
