For Release March 17, 2009 - InfoGlobe Holdings LLC formed to franchise InfoGlobe Kiosks
Local Boise entrepreneurs Randy Rouse and Donn Wilson announced today that they have formed InfoGlobe Holdings LLC, an Idaho Limited Liability Company, to hold the intellectual property (IP) that will be used to start franchising the InfoGlobe Kiosks.
InfoGlobe System LLC plans to license the InfoGlobe Kiosk IP to other companies that will actually do the franchising across the US and around the world. InfoGlobe kiosks contain multiple TV screens, a computer, signs, and various racks of brochures, flyers, cards, and coupons. Franchisees will locate the InfoGlobe Kiosks in high foot-traffic locations in malls, convention centers, airports, etc., and sell the various types of multi-sensory and multi-media advertising on it for among the lowest advertising rates in each market they enter.
Rouse created and installed the first InfoGlobe advertising kiosk in the Boise Towne Square enclosed shopping mall April, 2008, and licensed the second kiosk that was installed in the Grand Teton enclosed mall in Idaho Falls, ID in November, 2008.
Later in 2008, Donn Wilson joined with Rouse to Co-Found what has now become InfoGlobe Holdings LLC, to which Rouse has assigned all rights to the InfoGlobe name, domain names, concept, designs, trade Dress, logo, copyrights, Trademarks, Service Marks, etc.
Rouse is the owner of Rouse Advertising and a graduate of Boise State University with a degree in Advertising Design. Wilson is an owner of WhiteWater Pizza & Pasta and YoGee's Yogurt & Gelato in Meridian, a Member of the Boards of Directors of several tech companies in California and Connecticut, and a graduate of Purdue University in its Industrial Psychology, specializing in training, development and managing people in the work place.
Wilson received his franchise training on the job at McDonald's Corporation from 1957 to 1979, and continued to hone those skills at Wendy's and Blockbuster, as a franchise consultant, and since 1999 in combining franchising and technology as a co-founder of tech companies.
